  We camped her last year for Canada Day weekend it was fantastic....the wonderful people who run this campground so a awesome job and are so helpful and very sweet.....going again this weekend....

  My husband and I have been camping at Wilson's beach for over 15 years. It's an amazing Campground and we have made many memories. I have recommended this campsite to many friends and family and they all continue to come back. I have to say that you can never find a camp ground that offers exclusive campsites that are surrounded by trees and you can't reach out and touch your neighbours. As for the management, I have always appreciated them. Yes there are rules but those rules are there to make sure everyone enjoys their stay. I applaud Corrine and Gary for treating everyone as an equal and helping us feel great about letting our children explore the sight. I just read one of the reviews about being told to slow down, well I am glad she told you that. The Campground is full of children, riding their bikes, going to the beach and ofcourse just having fun. So thank you Corrine for not allowing people to speed through and giving me peice of mind. If you enjoy camping in a safe and family oriented campsite this is the place to go. They have great fireworks and an amazing staff. I will continue to go camping at this Campground and will always recommend this place. Thank you Corrine and Gary

  This place was an excellent place during my childhood. I have so many fond memories. In my adult life, I have had nothing but negative interactions with the management. The lady that manages the campsite is downright unpleasant, and impossible to please. I have recently come by to have dinner with my family, who was staying in the campground. That night I was told there was inadequate parking, and that I was required to park in the ditch, outside the campground. This would have been completely understandable had there actually been a lack of parking. That being said, it's not a battle worth picking with the female attendant, as everything appears to turn into a conflict if you challenge her, or bring anything to her attention. We also returned the following evening, knowing that we would be required to park in the ditch, I came into the campground, and was greeted by the same manager; she was spewing about how I was driving far to fast, and that there were children playing. I observed the children playing as I pulled in. They were well off the road. I pulled in at 11 km/h and decelerated as I pulled up to the crossing arm. No one was in any danger. This was my last visit to a campground that had so many amazing childhood memories, I will not return until it is managed by a new person who can act in a professional, polite manner without belittling campers, day-passers, and the like.
