I just ordered 2 McFlurry's and when I got home, they were half empty! They gave me a half empty McFlurry from the start and there is no excuse for that other than laziness or failure to deliver quality customer service. This is not the first time they have done this with respect to providing all ordered items in the bag. The workers are not attentive at all.

This is the worst Mc Donald's ever. Every time I go through the drive through its a 20 mins wait. Just terrible.

It's the only decent restaurant for kids in Lacombe that it has no Play Place. Prices are also slightly higher than in Red Deer
